How does the knowledge master CD differ from the web site?
The CD is basically the same information as our web site. The CD is for people with limited access to the internet.
I just viewed a picture but, I don't know how to get back to the previous screen. Is there a way for me to get back to the previous screen after viewing a picture?
You can right click on the picture and that should take you back to the previous screen. Hopefully, we will put a button that allows you to return to the previous screen when we release our next version.
I clicked on a name in the search by pest type window and nothing happened Why?
Probably because the scientific name is not a hyperlink. If the text is not a different color (traditionally blue and purple) from the surrounding text and not underlined then, there is no link and nothing will happen.
Why doesn't the field and forage work in the search?
Currently there is no information under the field and forage. If you look at the button you will see that the words are slightly lighter than the others. This means that the button is not in use so when you click on it, it will do nothing.
