Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) (Rosemary)
Rosemary is a perennial grown for its highly fragrant and resinous foliage. It grows as a bush usually 2-6 feet tall and is often used as a landscape plant. Branch tips 4-6 inches long are harvested and marketed. Rosemary is used both fresh and dried for flavoring meat and other dishes.
